We want you and your cat to love iMeow. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused or gently used, with all original packaging and accessories. To start a return, email us at imeowassistant@gmail.com with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we cover the return at no cost to you.
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days at imeowassistant@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.
For hygiene reasons, opened replacement filters and cartridges cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
