We ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping is calculated at checkout; qualifying orders may ship free as noted on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at imeowassistant@gmail.com.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at imeowassistant@gmail.com and we will help resolve it. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
